SENT CHURCH DISCIPLESHIP PATHWAY
The Discipleship Pathway guides you step-by-step to discover where Jesus is sending YOU.
SENT TO CONNECT
At Sent Church, we make Disciple Makers by entering into intentional relationships that help people trust Jesus, be changed by Jesus and commit to the mission of Jesus. There are several steps along this pathway to help engage people and connect them to community.
Join us for service at 9:30am or 11:00am on a Sunday, and you will find an authentic worshiping community that will embrace you wherever you are and shower you with grace.
Dinner With the Pastor is a place for newcomers to meet new people, eat great food and learn more about your next steps at Sent Church.
We are committed to helping people discover where Jesus is sending them. We desire for people to Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose, and Live Sent. Because we are passionate about these things, we have Growth Track, a 1 hour class where you can learn more about Sent Church’s mission and vision, and learn about how you can get involved through serving and small groups.
SENT TO SERVE
We believe each and every person has been uniquely made and gifted by God. We want to see you thrive wherever you serve, whether that's within the church, within the community or around the world.
Become a member of the GO Team! Everyone can impact the lives of others for the Kingdom. At Sent, we want you to serve in a space you enjoy, using the gifts God has given you.
Living Sent also means reaching out to our neighborhood and community. We partner with local ministries and individuals to engage in projects that share the love of Jesus, right in our backyard.
Serving in a Connect Group
Each of our Connect Groups serve our community together throughout the year. Get into a Connect Group today and ask your group leader about the next service opportunity.
Sent Serving Day
Sent Serving Days are designed to engage all of Sent Church in serving our community. Activities will intentionally be family-friendly and encourage cross-generational participation. In short, we aim to serve together and grow together. Sent Serve Days happen at various times throughout the year.
We desire these events to be springboards and opportunities to find areas where you feel called to Live Sent on a regular basis!
We are called to be missionaries right where we live as well as to the ends of the earth. We intentionally partner with organizations and individuals on the ground, being the hands and feet of Jesus in various parts of the world.
SENT TO GROW
At Sent Church, we make Disciple Makers! We do this through our groups- intentional relationships that help people trust, be changed and join the mission of Jesus.
We believe life change happens in these kind of relationships. We were not made to do life alone. God created us for community, and our groups provide a place for you to connect with others, share life and grow in faith together. We have two types of groups at Sent Church: Connect Groups and Discipleship Groups.
Connect Groups range in size, function and location. Some groups study specific Biblical topics, while others center around the stages of life and common interests. These can be for the short-term or long-term, but all Connect Groups focus on empowering their members to grow in their faith and serve others.
Discipleship Groups are highly intentional in encouraging freedom from sin and living out a changed life through accountability, prayer and listening to the Holy Spirit. Discipleship groups consist of 2-4 people meeting weekly for in-depth Bible discussion, prayer and accountability.
SENT TO GO
At Sent Church, we want to raise up disciples who make disciples. This is accomplished by Christ-followers meeting on a regular basis with others to live life together, read the Word, apply the Word to their lives, hold each other accountable to life change/freedom from sin as they learn about Truth from the Word, and pray for each other and for lost people. Simply put, we want to encourage disciples to pour into others, spur them on to life change, hold them accountable to that life change, ultimately resulting in making more disciples.
